HOW DO YOU KNOW WHEN A PROMISE IS FROM

How do you know when a promise
is from God? First, note that the
following may at first seem complicated.
You will soon see that it is not.
God is a God of order. He
follows certain laws. The laws that God
follows are found in the Bible. Before
we proceed any further, note that we are giving only the (powerful) basics
of this subject on this web page.
How do you know when a promise
is from God? A promise is from God when
1) you read it in the Bible AND 2) you have the correct exegesis
(careful interpretation) of what you read.
How do you know that you have the correct exegesis (careful
interpretation) of what you read? The
exegesis is “two-proof.” This means
that ONE à you understand English (or whatever other language in which you are
reading the Bible) and TWO à you have applied the “laws of exegesis,” which are found
in the Bible. Anyone can learn the laws
of exegesis. If you don’t have time to
learn them, find someone who has already learned them, possibly a pastor.
What if you find out later that
the exegesis (careful interpretation) was incorrect?
God is
reasonable. Therefore, he provides for
us in accordance with the two-proof (see above) exegesis of what we read even
if the exegesis of what we read is later proven incorrect. Incidentally, history teaches us that this
was the belief and practice of the first Christians. However, you must still get the correct application of the promise in order for this to hold true.
Note that once you know what the promise of God is you then need to find out the correct application of that promise. See Biblical Applicaretics.

expert in the world on the subject of promiterology, which is the science of
the promises of God, and that he has always been proven correct in his
two-proof exegesis (careful interpretation) of the Bible.
