Modesty Principle

Modesty is public clothedness.  Clothedness is the state of being clothed from the neck down.  Something is public when it involves two people that are not married or when it involves more than two people.  A woman giving birth aided by one or more woman medical professionals is also not a public thing.  It is a sin to pursue and/or allow medical care that sacrifices a person’s modesty.  We note that we have met medical professionals who were utter morons when it comes to respecting a person’s right to modesty.

Gender Principle

It is a sin for persons of one gender to be taken care of by medical professionals of another gender if such care sacrifices modesty.
