Why should the average person care about the Unified Field Theory and what in the world is it?

Why The Average Person Should Care

Very simply put, the Unified Field Theory eliminates many foolish ideas from the thinking of the human race.  For example, the idea of evolution (from simple life-form to man over aeons of time).  In addition, the Unified Field Theory opens up the possibility of solving some problems that have plagued mankind since the beginning of recorded history as well as some of the new problems that confront it today (e.g., AIDS).  Also, the Unified Field Theory stacks up the evidence in favor of the existence of God in a ratio of more than 101,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 to 1 (more than 10 to the septillionth power to 1).

What Is It? – Simplest Explanation

What is the Unified Field Theory?  The Unified Field Theory is a single law of nature that explains how the physical universe works.  Up until now, the physical universe has been incompletely explained by many laws of nature (these laws are still valid).  Before anyone thinks that we have now solved all of the mysteries of life, take note:  the Unified Field Theory applies only to the physical universe.  Life consists of infinitely more than the physical universe.

Intermission 1

I am speaking with my mother over the phone and it is Sunday, December 7, 2003 9:30 PM CST according to the clock in my mother’s living room.  We are putting this page out on the Internet at this very moment.  We will continue the development of this page as we have the opportunity.  The updated date and time at the top of this page will tell you when this page has been developed further.

What Is It? – A Little Deeper

Science proceeds from the known to the unknown.  Therefore, we must start with the known.  There are an incredible number of natural laws.  In physics, we represent these laws as equations.

Equations are mathematical sentences, which instead of using words and punctuation use numbers and operators.  Operators are special symbols that report relationships between numbers.  Advanced equations replace numbers with variables and constants.  A variable is the name of a set of numbers.  A number is like your first name.  A variable is like your last name.  A constant is a specific number.  P is a constant.  It is the number 3.1415926535897932384626433832795….

Pick Up The Discussion Here

The most famous natural law in history is represented by the most famous equation in history:

E = mc2

What does this equation mean?  Each letter is a symbol for a variable or constant.  “E” is the symbol for the variable “energy,” “m” is the symbol for the variable “mass,” and “c,” is the symbol for “the speed of light.”  This equation tells us that the maximum amount of energy we can obtain from a given amount of matter is equal to its mass times the speed of light times the speed of light.  This explains why a relatively small atomic bomb can produce an explosion of such incredible size.

Here are some other natural laws represented by their respective equations (if you are a theoretical physicist, note that this is only a high-level discussion):

The number of natural law equations can fill an encyclopedia.  What is the point of all this?  The Unified Field Theory is a single natural law represented by a single equation.  We can derive all known natural law equations, including the above equations, and equations for new natural laws from this single equation.  These new natural law equations will enable us to solve problems that cannot currently be solved, such as finding cures for currently incurable diseases.

Intermission 2

It’s about 2:00 AM CST on December 8, 2003.  I’m taking a break.  I may do further work on this page before I go to sleep.  Since I have to work a regular job like everyone else, I will not be able to further develop this page as quickly as I would like.

Epilogue

This is an informal paper.  The formal paper, titled "Field Unification:  The Theory of Infinite Relativity," will be published by JATPA (see the top of http://solutionsocc.com/unifieldxinc.htm).
